Judith T. Kuebler

Judith “Judy” Kuebler, 84, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, entered into eternal joy with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.

Judy was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Tuma.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, educator, and animal lover, Judy lived a life filled with family, quiet generosity, faith, and deep compassion for all creatures.

Judy was a graduate of Haverford High School and Susquehanna University. She dedicated ~38 years to teaching in the Cumberland Valley School District, where she touched countless second graders with patience, kindness, and dedication to learning.

Judy married the Rev. Peter Kuebler, sharing 50+ loving years until his passing in 2017. Together, they supported his pastoral ministry in Lutheran congregations across South Central Pennsylvania.

Judy cherished her eight dachshunds and had a deep compassion for all animals. She generously supported animal welfare causes and extended her kindness to others in need.

She is survived by her four children: Peter, Andrew and his wife Evelyn, Michael, and Lian; her five granddaughters and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Peter Kuebler, and her parents, Charles and Florence Tuma.

Family and friends attended services on March 26–27, 2026, with interment following in Liverpool, PA.
