Nancy J. (Beachel) Zandarski

Nancy J. Zandarski, 76, of Milton, went home to be with Jesus with her family by her side on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Nottingham Village in Northumberland, PA.

Nancy was born on April 7, 1950, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Harrison and Elizabeth (Sinton) Beachel.

Nancy was a homemaker and was always taking care of someone. She had a tremendous amount of love for her family and enjoyed all the times they shared, especially times with her grandchildren.

Her hobbies included riding motorcycle, reading, playing bingo, and attending carnivals and family get togethers.

Nancy is survived by her children, Jeremy (Rebecca) Harman and Melissa Bartlow (Damon Banks; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Diana (Clarence) Sheaffer, Thorp (Alice) Beachel, Melvin Beachel, Donald (Michelle) Beachel, Marvin Beachel, and Nora (Mike) Doreski; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in passing by her daughter, Patricia Guffey at birth; brother, Leo Beachel; nephews, Clarence Sheaffer, Jr. and Warfield Rager, Jr.; niece, Roseanne Sheaffer; and sister-in-law, Florine Beachel.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her loving caregivers, Jody Yearick and Destiny Yearick. Destiny’s son, Axel, was a special “adopted” grandson to Nancy. She enjoyed the times she shared with him.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at George P. Garman Funeral Homes, Inc., 9366 Route 35, Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA, with Pastor Nathan Yohe officiating.
