Patricia M. Himmer

Patricia M. Himmer, 83, formerly of Liverpool, entered into rest on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.

She was born August 12, 1942, in Nicktown, a daughter of the late Fred and Esther (Ludwig) Bechel. In May 1976, she married Gerald Joseph Himmer, who preceded her in death March 16, 1993.

Pat worked many years as a seamstress at several different factories within Juniata Garment.

She was a former member of the Civic Club in Liverpool.

Pat enjoyed reading romance novels and crocheting for friends and family.

She is survived by two children, Cindy Lauver and Tony Himmer, both of Liverpool; two grandsons, Christopher Lauver of Liverpool and Michael Coleman of Tennessee; a sister, Dolly Pajak of Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Donna Coleman; a sister-in-law, Robin Bechel; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, Pat was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Coleman; and 7 siblings, James Edwards, Mary Ann Gorentz, John Bechel, Ruth Herman, Betty Lou Iwasaki, Carl Bechel, and Nancy Bechel.

Burial will be private in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
