William "Bill" C. Rapp

William C. Rapp, age 84, passed away on May 31, 2025, at Lewistown Geisinger Hospital. Bill was born on June 19, 1940 in Newport, PA, the son of Park Rapp, Sr. and Dorothy Strickland. He married Ruth Ann Landis on February 18, 1964.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sherri, at birth.

Bill is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann; son, Christopher; daughter, Staci (Rick) Leach; son, Chad (Tarri); grandsons, Craig Ferry, Ben Ferry (Katrina), Kyle (Shelby) Rapp, Isaiah Rapp; great-grandchildren, Oakley and Declynn Rapp, and Spencer Ferry.

Bill is also survived by half-siblings, Park Rapp, Jr., Dave Rapp, Patty Martin, and Judy Womer.

Bill served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea.

Bill dearly loved his dog, Bo, and cat, Bella. He retired from many years working in the modular home industry. He enjoyed spending time with family, woodworking, and going to the races.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
